This role will cover our Shoreline Region which includes South Haven, Coloma, Hartford, Benton Harbor, St Joseph, Baroda and StevensvilleResponsible for supporting and maximizing every aspect of the Member Centers and driving excellent member experienceManages the performance, coaching, development, and scheduling of an assigned team that floats to different Member Centers within an assigned regionOptimizes branch performance when working at Member Centers by auditing, reporting, training, and making recommendationsEnsures established policies and procedures are followed by the team and an exceptional experience is achieved for all membersWorks with Member Center Managers to implement trainings and/or process updates as neededIn collaboration with other internal stakeholders, helps with the onboarding of new Member Center locations within the regionProvides a high level of hospitality and operates with a sense of urgency while leading the team to achieve goals that impact the organizational strategies and initiatives that support the Member PromiseWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Associate's degree in Business; or an equivalent combination of training and work experienceMust be/or become registered as an MLO and have a Nationwide Licensing NumberEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of credit union products, sales policies, and proceduresMust have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in orderStrong listening, verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work well in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to follow company policies, guidelines and proceduresAt all times follow the core values of credit union - honesty, truth, respect, and integrityMust be highly detailedADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
